Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician is responsible for customer support related to desktop and laptop repairs, performing troubleshooting activities, and addressing technical issues for clients. The role includes completing service calls within established service level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies. Candidates should have technical school certification or equivalent, along with knowledge of software and hardware. A valid driver's license and basic repair tool kit are necessary for the job.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
Additional Requirements
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
