Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician role involves troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops while supporting Desk Side applications. Responsibilities include customer support, addressing client inquiries professionally, meeting service level agreements, and completing all administrative tasks related to service calls. Candidates need a technical school certification or equivalent and relevant experience, along with a valid driver's license. Essential skills include effective communication, ability to transport equipment, and physical capability to move more than 50 lbs of computer equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
