Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves performing basic and moderately complex troubleshooting for desktops and laptops, directly interacting with clients to resolve technical issues. Responsibilities include providing customer support, answering client questions professionally, meeting service level agreements, completing administrative tasks associated with service calls, maintaining asset inventory, and reporting activities accurately. The role requires a technical school certification or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Valid registration
- Adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate technical issues
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
