Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician position involves providing customer support for desktops and laptops, performing troubleshooting activities, and ensuring timely response to client technical issues. Responsibilities include accepting service calls, meeting customer service satisfaction criteria, documenting all activities accurately, and managing inventory control. Applicants should possess a technical school certification or equivalent, relevant experience, and a valid driver’s license. Physical stamina is required to lift computer equipment up to 50 lbs. Previous customer service experience is advantageous.

- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
