Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician will handle repair tasks for desktops and laptops, performing both basic and moderately complex troubleshooting. Responsibilities include providing customer support for equipment, answering client questions professionally, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements. The role also requires timely reporting of activities, managing assets, and following safety policies. Candidates must possess technical certification, relevant experience, knowledge of software/hardware, and have a valid driver’s license with transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Technical school certification or equivalent
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances and occasional overnight assignments
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications
