Job Summary
The Dynamic PC Support Technician performs tasks related to the repair of various client products, including troubleshooting desktops and laptops. Responsibilities include providing customer support for designated equipment, answering client questions, accepting and delivering service calls within established service levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires understanding safety policies, completing administrative tasks, and maintaining control of assets and inventory. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a basic repair tool kit are required. This position typically requires a technical school certification or equivalent and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with valid registration and adequate insurance
- Must own a basic repair tool kit
- Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
- Ability to drive to client locations
- Ability to drive long distances, and occasional overnight assignments within other geographies
- Ability to lift and or move various computer equipment up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Maintain all required OEM Certifications as directed by Management
- Knowledge of relevant software and hardware
