Job Summary
Develop and execute personalized therapeutic care plans by conducting thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical and functional status. Implement varied therapeutic interventions adapted to specific needs, guiding patients through exercises that enhance recovery. Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive appliances, and prosthetic devices to support home rehabilitation. Regularly monitor patient progress, reassessing treatment plans in response to condition changes or feedback. Manage caseloads by prioritizing sessions and coordinating communication with physicians and nursing staff. This full-time role operates Monday to Friday from 2 PM to 8 PM in Miami, Florida. Salary ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to practice in the state of Florida
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required, with completion expected within the first 30 days of employment
