Job Summary
Support the development of Dynamics 365 Sales solutions including C# server-side plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript web resources, and PCF controls. Assist in developing and maintaining C# plugins, custom workflow activities, and JavaScript customizations while creating and maintaining Power Automate workflows. Troubleshoot application issues, defects, and integration challenges by collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions. Participate in system testing, deployments, and release activities while following established development, security, and deployment processes across environments. Work closely with experienced consultants to grow CRM expertise through guidance and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in software development using C# and .NET
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices
- Experience developing web applications, APIs, or enterprise software solutions
- Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to work closely with business and technical teams
- Eagerness to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform technologies
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Power Platform
- Knowledge of Power Automate
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Familiarity with Azure services or cloud development concepts
- Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices
- Experience with source control tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
- Awareness of CRM, ERP, or other business applications
