Job Summary
Provide technical support in infrastructure services, respond to issues, and assist in tasks; contribute to implementing infrastructure projects; monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure systems to ensure reliability and performance; collaborate to enhance infrastructure effectiveness; develop infrastructure documentation including incident logs and configuration records; follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery; apply technical knowledge to address infrastructure challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
- Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
- Proficiencies in data analysis and technical knowledge
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or Google Associate Cloud Engineer, are a plus
