Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for multiple digital HR products, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Proactively monitor application stability, escalate critical incidents via ITSM platforms, and coordinate with external vendors to resolve production environment faults. Manage product configurations, parameter adjustments, and release change control processes while maintaining strict security standards and vulnerability remediation. Build and maintain comprehensive operational documentation, including system architecture diagrams and emergency response plans. Deliver weekly and monthly operational reports to stakeholders, providing clear updates on service status and incident resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Software Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or related field
- At least 3 years of product operations, system maintenance, or IT support experience
- Reliable work record demonstrating support for multiple enterprise products/systems
- Experience with IT incident (Incident) emergency handling
- Ability to independently communicate with vendors for technical communication, problem localization, and solution promotion
- Cross-vendor collaboration capability
- Mature troubleshooting experience including handling application and cloud-hosted system incidents
- Understanding of system architecture
- Deep understanding of IT service management processes and incident resolution methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, coordination, problem troubleshooting, and stress resistance capabilities
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to respond to emergency operations scenarios
- English proficiency as a working language, with ability to read and write English technical documents and communicate
