Job Summary
Drive business process improvement and operational transformation across Sony Europe through AI and automation initiatives by partnering with stakeholders to identify digitalisation opportunities. Act as a bridge between business teams and technical experts to translate needs into practical solutions while leading change management activities for AI-enabled ways of working. Define and optimise workflows, operating models, and governance processes, then design and deliver AI literacy programmes to monitor user adoption and capability development. Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and collaborate with Legal, Privacy, and Information Security to enable safe adoption. Help shape the future direction of the function by identifying emerging needs and capability gaps.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or a similar role within a complex multinational organisation
- Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, preferably within digital transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of AI, automation, digitalisation, or emerging technologies and their business applications
- Good communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent English
- Based at the Budapest office
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in user research, training, enablement, or adoption programmes is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or related regulatory frameworks is beneficial
