Job Summary
DWX Site Reliability & Automation Engineer focused on automation, AI enablement, and reliability. Owns the automation and AI-enablement charter for DWX, identifying high-leverage opportunities, embedding with Solutions and Ops Engineers, and turning toil into automated, measurable improvements. Build end-to-end automated workflows using IaC (Terraform, Bicep), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions), and orchestration platforms (Logic Apps, Power Automate, ServiceNow flows). Enable safe AI deployment across DWX with guardrails for cybersecurity and compliance. Drive reliability through SRE practices (SLIs, SLOs, observability), post-incident learning, and reduction of manual toil. Collaborate broadly with Solutions Engineers, Cybersecurity, Networks, Architecture, Product Management, and Business Technology to amplify engineering impact. The compensation ranges from $180,000/year to $230,000/year plus bonus, based on market and experience. Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in SRE, platform engineering, or DevOps roles
- experience building and running real automation at scale
- Infra-as-code proficiency (Terraform, Bicep, ARM)
- CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Scripting/development (PowerShell, Python)
- Cloud platforms: Azure deeply; AWS/GCP a plus
- Observability stacks (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights)
- API/integration work (Graph API, REST, webhooks)
- Experience deploying LLM-powered workflows in enterprise environments
- AI governance and safety practices
