DWU - CESC - Team Associate - C Shift

Conduct daily manufacturing and assembly operations, independently operating equipment to meet customer specifications and cycle time standards. Execute Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols by reporting hazards, complying with regulations, and engaging in required training. Perform quality inspections, control non-conforming material, and maintain clean work areas through routine housekeeping and machine care. Lead team coordination, identify equipment repair needs, and actively drive improvements in quality, safety, and material flow.
