Job Summary
Operates manual and automated machining equipment to manufacture and assemble product in accordance with quality and productivity requirements in a manufacturing environment. Maintains a clean, organized work area and performs operator care and maintenance tasks. Follows HSE standards, performs quality inspections (including SPC and poka-yoke), and communicates with team members to meet production goals. Demonstrates competency in core work skills and works with peers, skilled trades and support staff to identify equipment needing repair. Seeks opportunities to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development while adhering to standard work and engineering standards. Embraces teamwork and participates in training and personal development aligned with business requirements.
