DWM Watershed Plant Operator Supervisor (Intrenchment Creek)

Oversee and supervise a team of certified wastewater plant operators at the RM Clayton facility, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operation. Responsibilities include training and mentoring operators, managing payroll and performance reviews, generating regulatory reports, assisting with plant upgrades and troubleshooting, enforcing SOPs, coordinating maintenance and inventory (chemicals, lab supplies, safety equipment), and ensuring accurate data entry and recordkeeping. The role requires conducting plant rounds, preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports to agencies (EPD/EPA), coordinating emergency maintenance, ensuring safe working conditions, and leading meetings, safety talks, and operator training to maintain permit compliance and facility integrity.
