Job Summary
Lead a team of finance professionals responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for UOB Indonesia's Deposit & Wealth Management (DWM) & Mortgage business. Drive robust financial insights to support strategic decision-making, develop and implement budgeting/forecasting processes for revenues, expenses, and profitability, and prepare dashboards and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with business heads to understand financial needs, drive cost efficiency and profit improvement, ensure compliance with financial policies, and contribute to strategic planning and new product initiatives. Requires strong analytical skills, experience in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, advanced Excel), and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or financial planning & analysis within the banking or financial services industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
