Job Summary
Provide high-quality veterinary care for urgent and general medical cases while leading and supporting veterinarians and support staff. Mentor team members, establish clinical protocols, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Build strong relationships with clients and the local community to support practice growth. Maintain high standards of patient care and encourage ongoing professional development for all staff. No overnight shifts. Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- 3+ years of veterinary experience
- DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Leadership and mentorship experience
- Ability to effectively guide and support a veterinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
- No overnight shifts
