Job Summary
Entrepreneurial DVM Medical Director Co-Owner leading a new stand-alone GP hospital in Nampa, Idaho. Lead and build the veterinary team, help design floor plans, order equipment, and guide clinical strategy while enjoying equity and profit sharing. Potential to expand into advanced diagnostics (HBOT, Endoscopy, HFOT, and 3D CT) as the hospital opens Summer 2026 and grows. Compensation above market range with ownership opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Idaho (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership or ownership experience in a veterinary setting (preferred)
- Ability to design clinical workflow and strategically grow a GP hospital
- Interest in advanced diagnostics capabilities (HBOT, Endoscopy, HFOT, 3D CT) is a plus
