Job Summary
Provide high-quality veterinary care for urgent and general medical cases while leading and supporting veterinarians and support staff. Mentor team members, encourage professional development, and establish high standards of patient care. Help develop clinical protocols, workflows, and operational processes to promote a positive, collaborative practice culture. Build strong relationships with clients and the local community while supporting the continued growth and development of the practice. Maintain compliance with applicable veterinary regulations and standards. No overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- DVM/VMD or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active veterinary license or eligibility for licensure
- 3+ years of veterinary experience
- DEA registration or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Leadership and mentorship experience
- Ability to effectively guide and support a veterinary team
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
- No overnight shifts
