Job Summary
Duty Manager at The St. Regis Singapore responsible for acting as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing operations, and directing guest flow and guest relations. Maintains relationships across departments to resolve issues, tracks service quality and guest feedback, enforces policies, supports profitability through staffing and performance data review, and leads hospitality standards while empowering staff and handling guest problems. Involves monitoring service delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction, participating in HR activities, and maintaining safety and emergency procedures across the property.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
