Open and close the store while supervising shifts, offering constructive feedback to guide team members and assisting with their training and onboarding. Serve customers at registers and keep shelves stocked, maintaining a keen lookout for incidents or hazards to ensure safety. Manage your workload effectively during evening and weekend shifts, using initiative to improve work quality and efficiency. Communicate professionally with colleagues at all levels to foster teamwork and promote a positive team spirit.
