Job Summary
Lead and support the team during day and evening shifts while overseeing gaming, bar, bistro, and venue operations. Deliver outstanding customer service and guest experiences, ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, and venue procedures. Assist with staff supervision, cash handling, and shift management to maintain high operational standards. Foster a positive team culture by leading from the front in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Requires rotating roster including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Duty Manager or hospitality leadership role
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (QLD)
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on approach and passion for hospitality
- The ability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
