Job Summary
Open and close the store while supervising shifts, serving customers at registers, and keeping shelves stocked. Offer constructive feedback to the team, assist in training and onboarding new members, and maintain a keen lookout for incidents or hazards to ensure safety. Manage workload effectively during high-pressure periods and lead by example to promote a positive team spirit. Full weekend availability is advantageous for this 35-hour per week contract role.
