Job Summary
Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting daily venue operations across front of house service areas. Assist with shift coordination, team development, and staffing support to ensure smooth service operations within a fast-paced full table service environment. Deliver exceptional guest experiences, resolve customer concerns professionally, and maintain strong menu and product knowledge. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and management teams to uphold service standards, manage cleanliness and operational compliance, and utilize QR ordering systems effectively. Prioritize tasks efficiently during service periods while mentoring staff and sharing knowledge. Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Strong experience in fast-paced full table service environments
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
