Duty Manager (Saudi Nationality)

Job Summary
Duty Manager oversees and coordinates all hotel operations during assigned shifts, ensures exceptional guest service, resolves guest inquiries and issues, motivates and leads staff, handles guest complaints, coordinates with departments for seamless service delivery, enforces policies and safety procedures, maintains cleanliness and presentation standards, manages check-in/check-out processes, conducts inspections of public areas and guest rooms, assists in staff training and development, handles emergencies and makes quick decisions, prepares daily operations reports, and collaborates with other managers to improve performance and guest satisfaction. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency with hotel PMS and MS Office, and a solid understanding of local hospitality regulations are required; fluency in English is essential, with Arabic a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- At least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing guest relations
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
