Job Summary
Duty Manager responsible for overseeing weekend operations (Saturday and Sunday) at Pearson Airport, supervising daily valet and parking operations, leading frontline teams, handling client and staff inquiries, payroll approvals and staff scheduling, recruiting and training new team members, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a safe, inclusive service delivery in a fast-paced airport environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Bachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration, Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related discipline is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a unionized environment is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license with a clean driving record
