Job Summary
Lead the team and ensure seamless store operations by maintaining high customer service standards, resolving queries, and keeping the store clean and fully stocked. Drive sales and profitability through performance management while acting as the keyholder responsible for store openings, closes, and management in the Store Manager's absence. Motivate staff to deliver exceptional results in a dynamic retail environment. This part-time role offers 30 hours per week at £13 per hour in Barry, with access to career development programs and wellbeing support.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success as a Retail Supervisor, Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Team Manager, or Shift Manager in a fast-paced retail setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
