Duty Manager - Part Time

Lead the shift as the keyholder, opening and closing the restaurant while managing cashing up and compliance. Guide the team through busy service when the GM is away and ensure every guest experiences the "Hospitality Magic." Master behind-the-scenes operational tasks while serving as a role model for staff. Requires solid experience as a server or supervisor, natural leadership confidence, and a growth mindset to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant. Earn a higher rate when leading shifts, plus Tronc, with free meals, birthday off, and structured training to prepare for Assistant Manager.
