Job Summary
Lead floor operations and manage teams during busy service periods, including nights and weekends, while maintaining high operational standards and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Oversee stock control by conducting regular stocktakes and investigating variances to ensure accuracy. Coordinate multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced venue environment, demonstrating confident leadership from the floor. Requires a minimum of two years in hospitality management with prior gaming venue experience and essential licences (RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager). Full-time role with a salary of $79,550 plus super. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a management role within hospitality
- Previous experience working in a gaming venue
- Confident leading from the floor during busy service periods, including nights and weekends
- Strong stock control experience, including stocktakes and investigating stock variances
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with the wider team
- Experience managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced venue
- Essential Licences RSA RSG RMLV
- Approved Manager
