Job Summary
Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam North Riverside: responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel during shifts, overseeing front desk and food & beverage teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining brand standards, conducting walk-through inspections, coordinating cross-department actions, managing schedules, and handling guest issues with professionalism. Requires 1+ year of experience in a similar role, strong English (Dutch a plus), and excellent organizational skills. Required Qualifications
- MBO/HBO or equivalent level of education
- Excellent knowledge of English (speaking and writing)
- Dutch language a plus
- At least 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in Holiday Inn Express hotels is an advantage
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of hotel operations and brand standards
