Job Summary
Duty Manager at a Nuffield Health fitness and wellbeing club in Bridgend, UK. Responsible for the smooth running of the club on shift, opening and closing the club, prioritizing member satisfaction, engaging with members, leading and supporting teammates, upholding high quality standards, conducting tours for prospective members, overseeing health and safety protocols, helping achieve sales targets, and being willing to undergo site training (including Lifeguard breaks). Benefits include gym membership, health assessments, retail discounts and pension options. 24 hours per week with a permanent contract and part-time status, with up to £28,040.38 pro rata plus sales commission.
