Job Summary
Duty Manager responsible for overseeing store operations during shifts at ALDI Nambour. Duties include opening/closing the store, supervising and guiding team members, providing feedback, training and onboarding new staff, delivering customer service at the registers, maintaining shelves, and monitoring safety hazards. Requires initiative to improve work quality and efficiency, effective communication across all levels, professionalism and responsibility, and leadership by example to foster a positive team environment. The role is a 35-hour per week contract on a part-time basis with an hourly rate of $33.87 plus shift allowances, supporting ALDI’s commitment to sustainable and community-focused retail leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading retail teams preferred
