Duty Manager

Job Summary
Duty Manager leading the front desk, concierge, and guest services teams at a luxury 5* resort in Doha. You will act as the face of the hotel, oversee day-to-day operations and shifts during peak hours, handle escalated guest issues with professionalism, monitor guest satisfaction metrics, assist in training staff, manage VIP guest experiences with personalized service, ensure compliance with hotel policies, and prepare shift reports for management. Strong leadership, English proficiency, familiarity with OPERA Cloud, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Hospitality Management or similar
- Work experience in Middle East in a 4-5 star hotels
- Work experience in supervisory roles in Front Office
- Excellent command of English (oral and written)
- Arabic language will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the OPERA Cloud system
- Highly organized, career and result oriented with the ability to be flexible with hours, days off, assignment and additional duties
- Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
