Job Summary
Oversees property operations and guest relations as Manager on Duty; represents property management in resolving guest or property-related situations; directs guests within the lobby and tracks service issues; serves as Guest Relations Manager and ensures guest satisfaction; collaborates across departments to support operations, complies with policies, analyzes performance data to identify improvements, and leads hospitality excellence; participates in human resources activities, conducts inspections for appearance, safety, and maintenance, and ensures staff are cross-trained to support daily operations; provides immediate guest assistance, handles complaints, and fosters a positive guest experience through proactive service and corrective action plans.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
