Job Summary
Duty Manager role supporting Front Office operations under the Front Office Manager. Responsible for supervising Bell/Door Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk; ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes; maintaining guest and employee satisfaction; driving achievement of department financial goals; supervising staffing levels; guiding staff through service excellence, conflict resolution, and ongoing communication about business objectives; leading by example and partnering with HR for staff development, performance feedback, and hiring-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in guest services/front desk or related area OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required
