Job Summary
Duty Manager role at Ibis Mumbai Vikhroli focusing on delivering high-quality guest services across arrivals, departures, rooming, food & services, and special guest needs; optimize hotel occupancy and room rates; support the Guest Service Manager to run a productive guest services operation; actively sell hotel promotions and facilities; train and induct new staff; implement and improve procedures; maintain system health, safety, and environmental practices; lead by example in delivering Total Customer Satisfaction and managing escalations; ensure adherence to SOPs, confidentiality, and professional grooming; rotate shifts as required.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Hotel Management or related hospitality field
- 3–5 years in Front Office / Guest Services
- 1–2 years in a supervisory role (Team Leader / Supervisor)
- Experience in mid-scale or branded hotels (Accor preferred)
- Knowledge of PMS (Opera / similar systems)
- Understanding of check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, billing
- Familiarity with guest handling, complaint resolution, and upselling
- Strong guest engagement & service excellence mindset
- Leadership & team management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Basic knowledge of reports, audits, and SOP compliance
