Job Summary
Conduct store opening and closing procedures while supervising shift staff. Offer constructive feedback to team members and assist in their training and onboarding. Serve customers at registers and keep shelves stocked with products. Maintain a lookout for incidents or hazards to ensure safety. Manage workload effectively during peak times and lead by example to promote a positive team spirit. Use initiative to improve work quality and efficiency while communicating professionally with colleagues at all levels. Full weekend availability is advantageous for this 35-hour per week contract role.
