Job Summary
Open and close the club on shift while prioritizing member satisfaction through direct engagement and relationship building. Conduct tours for prospective members to highlight unique benefits and oversee health and safety protocols to address issues swiftly. Lead by example to support colleagues, uphold quality standards, and help achieve sales targets. Swim to a high standard to cover lifeguard breaks. This fixed-term, part-time role offers up to £28,038.40 pro-rata plus commission, 32 hours per week, and benefits including free gym membership and health assessments.
