Job Summary
Oversee all property operations as the Duty Manager, resolving guest and property situations while managing lobby traffic and tracking service issues. Maintain relationships with all departments to expedite problem resolution, communicate operational variations, and ensure compliance with policies and standards. Review staffing levels, financial statements, and performance data to support profitability goals and identify cost reduction areas. Intervene in guest/employee situations to maintain property integrity, provide immediate assistance to guests, and record issues in the tracking system. Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and appearance, observe employee behaviors, and implement corrective action plans. Understand and execute all emergency plans, including accidents, fires, and thefts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
