Job Summary
Lead the store during evening and night trade with full accountability for operations, ensuring exceptional presentation, safety, compliance, and stock management standards are met. Coach and develop your team to meet sales targets and cost control while maintaining a one-team culture that prioritizes health, safety, and wellbeing. Drive customer engagement by understanding diverse needs and keeping the store welcoming and engaging. Full-time role reporting to the Store Manager with eligibility for team discounts, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
