Job Summary

Lead safe and efficient station operations during assigned shifts by making timely decisions on staffing, irregular operations, and changing priorities. Coordinate resources across workgroups to meet customer commitments while directly coaching and developing Operational Supervisors. Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring regulatory compliance, leading investigations into operational events, and conducting audits to identify risks and improve processes. Monitor performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and prepare operational reports that support station goals. Maintain productive relationships with customers, airport partners, and vendors while communicating priorities to station leadership. Work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, to support McGee's successful business operation.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 years of operational experience in the airline, aviation, transportation, or related industry
  • 1 year of leadership experience leading frontline teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple workgroups, prioritize competing demands, and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Experience coaching, developing, and holding leaders accountable for operational performance
  • Strong knowledge of operational safety practices and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Ability to investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and build collaborative working relationships
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established guidelines
  • Ability to influence others, work cross-functionally, and contribute positively to a team-oriented, safety-first culture
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work any shift, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
