Duty Manager - Braywick

Manage shift operations and ensure health and safety standards at the leisure centre, including opening and closing the building and handling cash. Develop and promote innovative leisure programmes to increase usage and profitability while monitoring cost effectiveness and performance records. Act as a member of the management team on a rota, delivering poolside coverage as required and assisting with staff training, mentoring, and apprenticeships. Identify new activity feasibility, manage quality assurance systems, and support event execution and marketing distribution. Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff while communicating across all organizational levels.
