Job Summary
Supervise hotel operations during your shift, coordinating departments and handling guest requests to ensure service standards and client comfort. Make operational decisions, manage incidents, and guarantee guest safety while communicating with management. Prepare and submit handover reports. Requires confirmed operational hotel experience, leadership skills, and fluency in French and English. Full-time role with on-call rotation in the Seychelles.
Required Qualifications
- Formation en hôtellerie ou management hôtelier
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste opérationnel en hôtellerie
- Excellent sens du service et du leadership
- Bonne capacité de décision et de gestion des situations complexes
