Job Summary

Duty Manager responsible for steering the Front Office team and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Lead and mentor the Front Office staff, coordinate roster planning, collaborate with guests to resolve issues, and uphold smooth day-to-day hotel operations. Requires strong leadership in hotel front-office operations, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Hotel Front Office Operations with leadership experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Proficiency in reservation and property management systems (PMS) is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Mastery of written and spoken communication
  • Flexible rotating schedule including nights, weekends, and public holidays
