Job Summary
Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and lead staff to deliver exceptional guest service. Responsible for supervising Front Office during shifts, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out, guest satisfaction, adherence to Accor brand standards, coordinating with other departments for smooth service delivery, conducting hotel rounds to monitor cleanliness and safety, handling inquiries and complaints, maintaining health and safety compliance, responding to emergencies, and supporting training and mentoring of junior staff. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; fluent English communication; capable of reporting on daily operations and staff performance. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality
