Job Summary
Duty Manager responsible for supervising front desk and hotel operations to ensure highest quality service and adherence to department standards. Responsibilities include conducting daily briefings, coordinating with hotel departments, reviewing workflow and guest issue logs, managing night audit processes, ensuring compliance with safety policies, training and motivating staff, handling guest needs and complaints tactfully, overseeing billing instructions and revenue controls, managing overbooking and relocations, and maintaining knowledge of food & beverage services and hotel offerings. Requires a Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management, at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English proficiency, and skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; multilingual abilities are advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages advantageous
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
