Job Summary
Duty Manager tasked with overseeing daily hotel operations and staff to ensure top-tier guest service and adherence to department standards. Responsibilities include conducting daily briefings, supervising task execution, coordinating with the Front Office Manager, documenting guest-related issues, providing management presence for guest needs and complaints, handling overbooking and relocations, and making objective decisions during emergencies. Requires strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in a similar capacity
- Sound knowledge in Hotel PMS
