Job Summary
Support the Store Manager to ensure a safe, legal, and high-performing store while taking overall responsibility for the entire store during shifts. Manage, coach, and support colleagues to develop a motivated team, carrying out performance and absence management as appropriate. Deliver store operations, objectives, and KPIs by leading daily activities including cash reconciliations, voids, refunds, and occasional opening/closing duties. Provide exceptional customer service and promote the store by engaging with the local community. Minimum 24 hours per week required, with flexibility for holiday cover. Join A.F. Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18
- Minimum 24 hours p/w
- Previous management or supervisor experience within a food retail or similar fast-paced operation
- Committed to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise effectively
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels
- Able to take appropriate action and make decisions
- Committed to promoting collaborative working
