Job Summary
Duty Manager at Elton SPAR overseeing store operations during shifts, leading and coaching a team to deliver excellent customer service, achieving KPI targets, managing cash and stock security, and supporting the Store Manager across opening/closing duties. Requires proven management/supervisor experience in fast-paced retail, strong organisational and decision-making abilities, effective communication, and a proactive leadership style to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a high-volume convenience store environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisor experience within a food retail or similar fast-paced operation
- Commitment to achieving and sustaining exceptional customer service standards
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively
