Job Summary
Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments during your shift, acting as the main point of contact for guest queries and feedback. Support Front of House during busy periods, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service while welcoming VIPs, groups, and returning guests. Handle complaints confidently, coordinate guest requests, and review feedback to identify improvements. Maintain a safe working environment, lead emergency procedures, and work closely with department heads to resolve operational issues. Ensure clear communication and handovers between teams, supporting a seamless guest journey from booking to departure. Contribute to ongoing improvements and assist in covering the Night Manager during holidays and sickness.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a management role
- Experience in a management role, ideally within hospitality
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive, hands-on approach
- Confidence handling guest feedback and challenges
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends
- A guest-focused mindset and ability to use your initiative
